• Check-up and Review Sessions – Up to six 30-minute sessions to track your progress, provide rehabilitation, and fine-tune your devices for optimal performance.
• Bi-annual Recalls – Enjoy peace of mind with 30-minute appointments, twice a year, for comprehensive checks, cleaning, and adjustments. This ensures your equipment stays in top condition throughout the warranty period.
• Annual Re-assessment – A 45-minute annual check-up to ensure your hearing remains in great shape.
• Loan Service – We provide loan hearing aids if your devices need repairs.
• Earwax Removal – Expert earwax removal using microsuction, irrigation, or gentle instrumentation. Available at our practice or in the comfort of your home.
• Tinnitus Clinic – Specialised management techniques and support for tinnitus.
• Home Visits – We’re pleased to offer home visits if you’re unable to come to the centre.
