The Team

Olivia Kewney - Trainee Audiologist

Olivia Kewney

HAD / Audiologist

Olivia is a full-time member of the team and has recently graduated from De Montfort University, one of the leading audiology institutions in the UK to become a fully qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD).

Olivia has always wanted to help people in some capacity. What better way than assisting in the family business watching and learning from her parents.

Olivia is fully qualified in all methods of wax removal; micro suction, irrigation, and instrumentation. She can also perform hearing tests including speech audiometry.

Harry Orford - HAD / Audiologist

Harry Orford

HAD / Audiologist

After realising his passion for helping people, Harry decided to pursue a change in career and retrain as an audiologist at the age of 30. Following a return to college to complete his A‑levels, with full distinctions, he subsequently went on to complete a Batchelor’s degree in audiology at the University of Manchester and qualified in 2020.

Harry is a fully registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). He is qualified to provide hearing solutions and ear wax removal through both micro suction and irrigation. His focus on quality, both in patient care and hearing solutions, provides reassurance that his patients always receive the highest level of care.

When outside of the clinic he enjoys spending time with his three kids and fiancé, or perhaps passing some quiet time in front of his Xbox when the opportunity arises.

Lisa Hadfield - Group Practice Manager & HCA

Lisa Hadfield

Group Practice Manager & HCA

Lisa has always worked in environments where offering excellent customer service and communication has been an essential part of her role. She worked in the hospitality sector and then as a Duty Manager in a Retirement Living complex. She really enjoyed going that extra mile to offer a personal service, taking time to talk to people and getting to know them.

“Having joined the team at the Hearing Centre, I’ve loved every minute of it. The care and services provided really make a positive difference to people’s lives. Seeing people arrive in discomfort or feeling frustrated with their hearing but then leaving us happy and relieved is a wonderful thing to be part of”.

Lisa started with us as Receptionist and enjoyed it so much that she decided to take her career further. She trained as a Hearing Care Assistant and wax removal specialist. Lisa has recently been promoted to our Group Practise Manager.

“I am so happy to be part of a really lovely team of people who have a real desire and drive to offer an outstanding service to patients and be the best Hearing Centre in the areas we serve.”

Married with two teenage children, Lisa also has a very soppy albeit slightly bonkers dog called Buddy.

Claire Lamb

Receptionist (Thursday & Friday)

Claire has worked in a reception and admin roles for a big part of her working life. Going back to work after my children started school, she worked for an optician for 11 years where her role was quite similar to her current position.

As a receptionist Claire is quite often the patient’s first point of contact and she says “There is no better feeling than when I see them at the other end of their journey when they can hear again and to see what a huge difference it has made to their life. I love to chat to the patients, make them feel welcome and at ease. I get to hear the most interesting stories and meet people from all walks of life.
